Another
Rest challenge. Everything connects to each other, but we feel like a good night of sleep will set up everything else to go well.
In particular, media devices are great tools for entertainment, information, and connecting to family. But they may come at a cost. The blue light they admit might influence our sleep cycles. And the stimulating content puts our brain in a more 'active' mode.
We have started our day with calm (with a
deep breath,
mindfulness, and a bit of
stretching). Why not end the day in a similar way?
